A Nigerian student by name Victor Olalusi recently gaduated from a Medical College in Russia with CGPA = 5.0, Which means he had 'A' in all his courses begining from his first year in school to his time of gaduation. Thereby breaking a record in the history of the university.
Do you think Victor would have earn such wonderful grade if it were Nigeria Universities??
